Coach Says
6:00–6:04 PM. Start easy and build up: quick feet, side shuffles, high knees, freeze, and touchdown poses. Add a slow-motion replay. A missed command means joining the next one; nobody sits out.

A fun final practice: Touchdown Adventure Course, Treasure Raiders, Beat the Coach, and a team celebration. 6:00–6:45 PM, with a complete finish by 6:35 if daylight is fading.
Every girl gets to run, catch, throw, and celebrate the season. Coach and early arrivals can start with easy catches and course setup at 5:30 PM; team games begin at 6:00. Take quick water breaks at transitions and move straight to the closing huddle whenever the light fades.
6:00–6:04 PM. Start easy and build up: quick feet, side shuffles, high knees, freeze, and touchdown poses. Add a slow-motion replay. A missed command means joining the next one; nobody sits out.
6:04–6:14 PM. Make two parallel lanes, about 12–15 yards long: weave through three cones, shuffle sideways, catch a 3-yard pass, then celebrate a touchdown. The ladder is optional; let girls switch lanes. A girl passes from beside each finish. After catching, the runner carries the ball around the outside and becomes the passer; the old passer joins the line. Start the next runner when the finish is clear and the passer is ready. A drop? Pick it up and finish. Walk through once, then count the whole team's completed laps in 90 seconds and try to beat that total. Let the girls choose a final movement. One coach can supervise both lanes; with two coaches, take a lane each.
6:14–6:24 PM. Mark a 20-by-15-yard box with 3-yard safe areas at both ends. Spread 10–12 flat cones or beanbags across the far end. One coach, or two rotating girls, guards the middle. Runners go through the middle, collect one treasure, then return home around the OUTSIDE. Defenders pull flags only on the outbound trip; both end areas and outside return paths are safe. After a pull, return the flag immediately; the runner exits at the side, reattaches, and starts again. Nobody sits out. Play 60–90-second rounds, count the treasures brought home, reset, and repeat. Rotate girl defenders between rounds; a coach defender walks.
6:24–6:30 PM. Place two touchdown gates 6–8 yards apart and a start cone about 6 yards in front. Coach stands between the start and gates and WALKS only. One girl carries a ball and chooses either gate; coach gets one flag-pull attempt and cannot chase afterward. End the turn on a score or flag pull, then return around the outside. Use two balls so the next runner is ready. Every girl gets one carry, even if the team reaches its goal early. With 8–10 girls, five touchdowns earns a ridiculous coach touchdown dance. Finish everyone's turn, then celebrate.
6:30–6:35 PM. Give every girl one brief, specific positive from the season. Take two or three favorite-memory answers, do the Stillwater Red cheer, and get a team photo if the light allows. Protect this ending even when another game needs to be shortened.
6:35–6:45 PM only while visibility stays good: let the girls choose their favorite game or play easy catch. It is fine to be finished at 6:35 or earlier. Stop running games when the ball, flags, or ground become hard to see.
